Family Law Solicitor

Family Law Solicitor required for this successful practice with a number of offices in the UK. Salary offered is generous and is depending on PQE.
Vacancies currently in the Aylesbury, Cheltenham, Oxford and Swindon areas.

Full-time permanent position offering long term career opportunities.

Role will be privately and publicly funded cases.

Managing a varied caseload, providing quality client care, and handle matters from initial instruction through to conclusion, including advocacy where appropriate.

Key Responsibilities

• Handling a caseload of family law matters
• Advising clients on funding options and assessing financial eligibility (Legal Aid)
• Instructing and liaising with counsel, experts, and third parties
• Representing clients in court and conducting advocacy when required
• Ensuring compliance with Lexcel and SRA standards

• Strong knowledge of family law
• Excellent communication and client care skills
• Comfortable working independently and using initiative
• Time management and case management skills
