About the Role

A well-established family law practice in Liverpool is seeking a dedicated and empathetic Family Law Solicitor to join their team. This role involves managing a diverse caseload of private family law matters, including divorce, financial settlements, and child arrangements. You will provide sensitive and expert legal advice to clients navigating challenging personal circumstances. Key Responsibilities

• Advise clients on all aspects of private family law, including divorce proceedings , financial remedies, and child arrangements.
• Draft and negotiate settlement agreements, consent orders, and other necessary legal documents.
• Represent clients in court proceedings, including FDR hearings and child arrangements applications.
• Manage a caseload efficiently, ensuring excellent client communication and service.
• Liaise with other professionals, such as barristers, mediators, and financial advisors, as required.

Requirements

• Qualified solicitor with proven experience in family law .
• Strong knowledge of relevant legislation and court rules pertaining to family matters.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a compassionate and client-focused approach.
• Experience in dealing with complex financial settlements and child arrangement disputes.
• Membership of Resolution is an advantage.
