Key Responsibilities

• Advise clients on all aspects of family law, including divorce proceedings, child arrangements, and pre/post-nuptial agreements.
• Prepare and file court documents, including applications, statements, and consent orders.
• Represent clients in family court hearings and mediations with sensitivity and professionalism.
• Negotiate fair settlements for financial matters and child arrangements.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records and case files.

Requirements

• Qualified Solicitor in England and Wales.
• Significant experience (3+ years) specialising in family law matters .
• Strong understanding of the legal framework surrounding divorce, separation, and children's law.
• Excellent client care skills with a sensitive and empathetic approach.
• Experience with legal aid representation is advantageous.
