We are currently seeking experienced Family Law Solicitors for a range of locum opportunities with established law firms across the South West .

These opportunities are ideal for solicitors looking for flexible locum assignments, whether you are immediately available or planning your next move.

The Role

Depending on the assignment, you may be responsible for managing a varied Family Law caseload, including:

• Divorce and separation
• Financial remedies
• Private children matters
• Child arrangement orders
• Domestic abuse matters
• Cohabitation disputes
• Matrimonial finance
• Pre- and post-nuptial agreements

You will be expected to manage your own caseload, provide high-quality legal advice and maintain strong client relationships throughout each matter.

About You

We are interested in speaking with Family Law Solicitors who have:

• A current practising certificate
• Strong experience in Family Law
• The ability to manage a caseload independently
• Excellent client care and communication skills
• A practical and commercially minded approach
• Previous locum experience is desirable but not essential
