This role focuses on providing high-quality legal advice and representation to clients on matters such as divorce, financial settlements, child arrangements, and pre-nuptial agreements. Key Responsibilities

• Advise clients on divorce proceedings, judicial separation, and nullity.
• Negotiate and draft agreements related to financial settlements and child arrangements.
• Represent clients in court hearings, including advocacy at preliminary hearings and FDRs.
• Handle private law children matters and represent clients in public law proceedings.
• Provide advice on domestic violence injunctions and cohabitation disputes.

Requirements

• Qualified solicitor with a minimum of 3 years' experience in family law .
• Proven experience in handling a range of private family law matters.
• Membership of Resolution or similar professional body is advantageous.
• Strong negotiation and advocacy skills, with a client-focused approach.
• Ability to manage sensitive cases with empathy and discretion.
