Family Liaison Officer — Flexible, Term-Time Student Support

The Phoenix Collegiate is seeking a Family Liaison Officer to work with our Student Attendance and Year/Pastoral Teams. You will identify students and families at risk of missing out on education and provide bespoke support to those individuals.

The role requires a proactive, self-motivated candidate who can work independently and as part of a team. The post is permanent and aligns with term-time patterns and a 32.5 hour week.
