Requirements

• Relevant qualification in Social Work, Health Visiting, or a related field.
• Demonstrable experience in family support, child protection, or community social care.
• Excellent communication, active listening, and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in using virtual communication tools and digital record-keeping systems.
• Strong understanding of child development, family dynamics, and safeguarding policies.
• Ability to work autonomously and manage a caseload effectively from a remote location.
