You will provide crucial support to families facing various challenges, helping them to access resources, improve family functioning, and enhance child welfare. This role operates entirely online, requiring strong digital communication skills and the ability to build trust and provide effective interventions from a distance. You will be a vital link between families and the support services they need to thrive, working flexibly and compassionately.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct needs assessments for families requiring support.
- Develop and implement tailored family support plans.
- Provide counselling and guidance to parents and children.
- Facilitate access to external services, such as education, healthcare, and housing.
- Maintain comprehensive and confidential case notes using secure online systems.
Requirements
- Relevant qualification in social work, psychology, or a related field.
- Demonstrable experience working with families and children.
