Key Responsibilities
- Conduct virtual assessments of family needs and develop tailored support plans.

- Connect families with relevant external agencies and community support networks.
- Maintain confidential and accurate case records, documenting all interventions and progress.

Requirements
- Experience in social work, family support, counselling, or a related field.
- In-depth knowledge of child development, family dynamics, and common challenges faced by families.
- Excellent virtual communication, active listening, and empathy skills.
- Proficiency in using video conferencing tools (e.g., Zoom, Teams) and case management software.
- Ability to establish rapport and build trust with families remotely.
