• Offer emotional support and guidance to parents and caregivers, helping them to build confidence and coping mechanisms.
• Liaise effectively with schools, health professionals, and other agencies to ensure integrated support for families.
• Maintain confidential records and provide regular reports on progress and outcomes.

Requirements

• Experience in family support, social work, childcare, or a related field.
• Strong understanding of child development, safeguarding procedures, and family dynamics.
• Excellent communication, active listening, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to build rapport and trust with families from diverse backgrounds.
• Proficiency in using technology for virtual meetings, communication, and record-keeping.
