Key Responsibilities

• Identify and pursue new business opportunities, market trends, and potential collaborations within the agricultural industry.
• Develop and implement strategic business plans to enhance farm productivity and profitability.

• Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, suppliers, and industry partners.
• Organize and lead workshops, seminars, and farm visits to disseminate best practices and new agricultural technologies.

Requirements

• A degree in Agriculture, Business Management, Agricultural Economics, or a related field.
• Proven experience in farm management, agricultural consulting, or business development within the agribusiness sector.
• Strong understanding of modern farming techniques, crop production, livestock management, and supply chains.
• Excellent commercial acumen, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
• Demonstrated ability to analyze financial data and develop effective business strategies.
• Valid UK driving license and willingness to travel frequently within the Southampton region.
