About the Role

Our client is seeking an enthusiastic and reliable Farm Operations Assistant to provide support for their farming activities near Liverpool . This role will involve assisting with a variety of tasks essential to the day-to-day running of the farm, including crop cultivation, livestock care, and general maintenance. This is an excellent entry-level position for someone keen to gain practical experience in agriculture, working under the guidance of experienced farm managers. Key Responsibilities

• Assist with planting, cultivating, and harvesting crops according to schedule.
• Provide daily care for livestock, including feeding, watering, and monitoring health.
• Perform general maintenance and repairs on farm equipment and facilities.
• Operate farm machinery safely under supervision.
• Help maintain cleanliness and organization of farm buildings and grounds.
• Support farm managers with various operational tasks as needed.

Requirements

• Previous experience working on a farm or in a related manual labor role is advantageous.
• Basic understanding of agricultural practices and equipment.
• Ability to perform physically demanding tasks in various weather conditions.
