About the Role

Our client is recruiting for an organized and efficient Farm Operations Coordinator to support their large-scale agricultural enterprise in Southampton . You will work closely with the Farm Manager to oversee supply chains, manage inventory, and ensure compliance with operational standards. Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate daily farm activities, including scheduling fieldwork, deliveries, and staff assignments.
• Manage farm inventory, including seeds, fertilizers, feed, and equipment parts, ensuring adequate stock levels.
• Liaise with suppliers and contractors to procure necessary goods and services.
• Maintain accurate records of operational activities, expenses, and production outputs.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations across all operational areas.
• Assist the Farm Manager in implementing operational improvements and efficiency measures.

Requirements

• Previous experience in a Farm Operations , logistics, or coordination role.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills, with an ability to multitask.
• Proficiency in using farm management software and standard office applications.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for liaising with staff, suppliers, and stakeholders.
• A practical understanding of agricultural processes and terminology.
• Ability to work effectively under pressure and meet deadlines.
