About the Role

Our client is seeking a highly organized Farm Operations Coordinator to manage the logistical and administrative functions supporting their farming activities near Oxford . This hybrid role will involve coordinating schedules, managing inventory, ensuring compliance with regulations, and liaising with suppliers and staff. The ideal candidate will possess excellent organizational skills, a keen eye for detail, and a solid understanding of farm operations to ensure seamless execution of daily tasks and long-term planning. You will be key in optimizing the efficiency and productivity of the farm.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate daily farm schedules, including planting, harvesting, and livestock management activities.
• Manage inventory of seeds, fertilizers, feed, and other farm supplies, ensuring timely procurement.
• Maintain accurate farm records, including production data, expenses, and compliance documentation.
• Liaise with suppliers, service providers, and external consultants to ensure smooth operations.
• Assist in the planning and execution of farm maintenance and repair schedules.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations across farm operations.

Requirements

• Experience in a coordination, administrative, or operational support role, preferably within agriculture.
• Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
