About the Role

Our client is seeking a diligent and hands-on Farm Operations Supervisor to oversee daily activities on their farm located in Portsmouth . You will be responsible for managing a team of farm workers, coordinating tasks related to crop cultivation, livestock care, and general farm maintenance. Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and direct the daily work of farm labourers, ensuring tasks are completed on time and to specifications.
• Coordinate the planting, cultivation, and harvesting schedules for various crops.
• Oversee the care and feeding of livestock, ensuring adherence to welfare standards.
• Manage the maintenance and safe operation of farm machinery and equipment.
• Implement and enforce health and safety procedures on the farm.

Requirements
