About the Role

Our client is seeking an experienced Farm Operations Supervisor to oversee day-to-day activities on their farm near Cambridge . This hybrid role requires strong leadership skills to manage a team of farm workers, ensuring all operational tasks are carried out efficiently and safely. You will be responsible for coordinating planting, cultivation, harvesting, and livestock care, as well as maintaining equipment and adhering to quality standards. The ideal candidate is proactive, organized, and dedicated to achieving optimal farm performance.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and direct the work of farm laborers, providing clear instructions and guidance.
• Coordinate daily farm activities, including crop planting, maintenance, irrigation, and harvesting schedules.
• Ensure the proper operation and routine maintenance of farm machinery and equipment.
• Monitor crop and livestock health, implementing necessary actions to ensure welfare and productivity.

Requirements
