About the Role

Our client is seeking a diligent and hands-on Farm Operations Supervisor to join their agricultural team in Sunderland . This role is crucial for ensuring the smooth and efficient execution of daily farming activities, including crop cultivation, harvesting, and equipment maintenance. You will work closely with the Farm Manager, supervising a team of farmhands and ensuring all tasks are completed safely and to high standards. Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate the daily tasks of farm workers engaged in planting, cultivating, and harvesting crops.
• Operate and maintain farm machinery, including tractors, harvesters, and irrigation systems.
• Ensure adherence to safety protocols and best practices in all farm operations.
• Monitor crop health and report any issues or concerns to the Farm Manager.
• Assist with livestock management, including feeding, watering, and general care.

Requirements
