Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate the daily activities of farm labourers.

• Monitor crop progress and report any issues or concerns to the farm manager.
• Maintain farm equipment and ensure it is used safely and correctly.
• Assist in the implementation of pest and disease control strategies.

Requirements

• Previous experience in a supervisory or lead role on a farm.
• Good knowledge of crop cultivation and farm operations.
• Ability to manage and motivate a team of farm workers.
