Recruit Cumbria is seeking an Assistant Sales Manager to join a department store in Whitehaven Town Centre, Cumbria. Based in the fashion department, you will support the Ground Floor Manager across all departments.

This role suits someone with a retail sales background, ladies’ fashion knowledge, and strong admin and supervisory experience.

You will lead a small team, coach colleagues, oversee daily tasks, assist customers, and help maintain visual merchandising standards.
