Job Description
Our client, a reputable automotive service centre located in Kettering, is seeking an experienced Fast-Fit Centre Manager to join their team.
This is a full-time, permanent position offering a competitive salary of up to £35,000 plus performance-related bonuses.

Duties as a Fast-Fit Centre Manager:
- Managing, motivating, and developing the centre team to optimise performance
- Driving sales and maximising customer conversion rates
- Overseeing day-to-day workshop and service centre operations
- Ensuring high standards of customer service are consistently maintained
- Managing stock control, deliveries, and centre security
- Implementing and maintaining Health & Safety procedures
- Supporting team training and development initiatives
- Ensuring compliance with all industry standards and regulations
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Centre Manager, Assistant Centre Manager, or similar within the automotive industry
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Demonstrable sales experience and commercial awareness
- Good automotive knowledge with a good understanding of vehicle technology
- Technical or mechanical background is desirable
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Full UK driving licence
