Marks & Spencer in Belfast is hiring a Café Customer Assistant. This hands-on, fast-paced role needs someone who stays calm under pressure and consistently delivers warm, five-star service to customers.

You’ll be a brand ambassador, recommending food and drink, using digital tools to take and fulfil orders quickly, and upholding impeccable food-safety standards. Flexibility is essential, with Sunday 14:00–18:00, Monday 15:00–19:00 and Wednesday 15:00–19:00 shifts.
