FEA / Structures Engineer Analyst (Hyperworks) 3- 6 month initial contract up to 40hrs per week Hybrid working options Based Derby £neg inside IR35 Working with one of the regions leading OEMs in the Rolling Stock sector you will help to deliver technical solutions in the Aftersales Engineering Services, Refurbishment side of the business. We are looking for likely degree qualified Structures Engineering specialists fully conversant with FEA process, procedures and tools. A must is working experience with related 'Hyperworks' tools and demonstrable capability. Ideally within the rail Rolling Stock sector. It is likely that you will have a broader mechanical engineering experience undertaking general structures hand calculations. Understanding of bolt calculation and fatigue, technical structures/mechanical problem solving. Materials knowledge, Manufacturing processes DFM, PFMA and similar.
