About The Role
Key Information
- Pay Rate: £14 per hour
- Experience: No experience needed – full training and shadowing provided
- Hours: Flexible part-time or full-time shifts available
- Weekend Work: Weekend availability required (flexible rota)
- Mileage Options:
- Non-Mileage Rate: Higher hourly pay + claim mileage separately via HMRC
- Mileage Rate: Slightly lower pay + mileage paid through payroll

What You’ll Be Doing
- Providing person-centred home care
- Supporting with meals, medication, and daily tasks
- Offering companionship and emotional support
- Helping with appointments, shopping and social outings
- Promoting independence, dignity and wellbeing
