Female Support Worker – Flexible Shifts & Progression

Dimensions is seeking a Female Support Worker to join their team across Chandler's Ford, Totton and Romsey. The role supports people with mild to moderate learning disabilities and complex care needs in various supported living settings. A full UK driving licence and access to your own vehicle are essential.

You will provide person-centred support, help with daily living tasks, and promote independence. Training is provided, and the role offers flexible shifts including long days and sleep-ins.
