Welcome to Tulloch Hill
Our service consists of two adjoining bungalows, home to five individuals, with three people living in one house and two people in the other house. At the heart of both houses, there is a separate dining room and kitchen where all the people we support come together to socialise, enjoy activities, share meals, and have fun. There's also a beautiful communal garden that is enjoyed throughout the year.
Our team is known for its positive attitude, genuine compassion, and commitment to delivering exceptional person-centred support. We work together to ensure the people we support feel safe, valued, and empowered, while also making sure our colleagues feel supported and appreciated every day.
What You'll Be Doing
As a Female Support Worker , you'll play a vital role in helping people live life their way. You'll provide tailored support that promotes independence, dignity, choice, and wellbeing.
Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:
- Supporting with personal care and daily living tasks
- Helping with meal preparation and household activities
- Supporting individuals with complex needs, including epilepsy and PICA awareness
- Encouraging independence and building confidence in everyday life skills
- Supporting people to enjoy hobbies, activities, and community outings
- Following individual support plans and maintaining accurate records
- Working closely with families, colleagues, and healthcare professionals
- Creating a safe, inclusive, and positive environment every day
Shift Patterns
We operate a flexible rota system designed to support a healthy work-life balance. You will work a mix of:
- Early Shift: 7:30am - 3:00pm
- Late Shift: 2:00pm - 10:00pm
- Night Shift: 10:00pm - 8:00am
We're always happy to discuss flexible working arrangements wherever possible.
