The Role

Daniel Owen are currently looking for a skilled and reliable Fencing Operative to join my clients Responsive Repairs team covering across the Kent area

You'll be responsible for carrying out fencing repairs, replacements, and installations to properties, communal areas, and estates across our housing stock. Working directly in resident's homes and neighbourhoods, you will deliver high-quality work, ensure safety and security, and provide excellent customer service at all times.

Package:

Salary up to £40,000 Van and fuel card 25 Days Holiday Key Duties:

Carry out responsive fencing repairs and replacements, including timber, concrete post, panel, and metal fencing systems. Install new boundary fences, gates, and access points to the required specification and standard. Remove and safely dispose of damaged or old fencing materials. Set concrete posts, mix and pour concrete, and level ground as required. Carry out gate repairs and installations, including hinges, latches, and locking mechanisms
