Field-Based HR Advisor — Support Schools & Communities

Meridian Trust is seeking a field-based HR Adviser to join our expanding Core HR team. You will provide professional advice and support to schools across the Trust, help with recruitment when needed, and assist with HR transactional work and straightforward employee relations cases.
