Field Beauty Merchandiser & Visual Merchandiser Coach

SUCCESS TALENT is seeking a Visual Merchandiser to support a fast-moving beauty brand rollout across major UK retailers. You will be the go-to expert for in-store merchandising, coaching teams and keeping beauty stands flawless to maximise stock turnover.

The role requires field-based travel across South Wales, the South West, the Thames Valley and the South Coast, with early shifts starting at 7:00am and a full-time 37.5 hour week.
