Field Care Supervisor — Elevate In-Home Care Quality

Rainbow Care Solutions is seeking a Field Care Supervisor to strengthen our St Helens branch, delivering safe, person-centred domiciliary care in the community. You will supervise field staff, carry out quality checks, and ensure CQC compliance while supporting carers and coordinating with the branch team to maintain high standards of service.
