Field Care Supervisor: Lead Community-Based Home Care

MiHomecare is seeking a Field Care Supervisor to support the delivery of high-quality care in the community. You will assess and review services, supervise care workers, and assist in planning realistic rotas to meet individual needs.

You will work with Care Coordinators, conduct risk assessments, and shadow new staff to ensure competence, while also handling some office-based administration as part of routine duties.
