As a Field Care Supervisor , you'll enjoy the autonomy to manage your own area while working alongside a collaborative multidisciplinary team. You'll play a key role in maintaining quality, supporting care professionals, and building lasting relationships with clients, helping to deliver safe, person-centred care across the region.
Package & Benefits
- Salary of £33,000 to £35,000 per annum.
- Monday to Friday working hours.
- Mileage reimbursement at 45p per mile for business travel.
- Permanent, full-time position.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage and support complex community care packages, ensuring safe, effective, and person-centred service delivery across Devon and Cornwall.
- Build strong relationships with clients, families, healthcare professionals, and multidisciplinary teams to ensure outstanding care experiences.
- Monitor service quality through spot checks, care reviews, audits, and regular engagement with care professionals.
- Work collaboratively with recruitment, scheduling, compliance, and clinical teams to support service growth, successful package mobilisation, and continuous improvement.
About You
- Previous experience as a Field Care Supervisor , Community Care Lead, Care Manager, Complex Care Supervisor, or a similar role within domiciliary or complex care services.
- Experience coordinating community care packages and working with clients who have complex healthcare needs.
- Full UK driving licence and willingness to travel across Devon and Cornwall.
