Salary & Benefits: From £28,665 + £4,200 per annum car allowance + uncapped monthly bonus (current Field team earn up to £400 monthly bonuses); Earnings Potential: Up to £35,765 per year (including car allowance)

Hours and Work Schedule

• Flexible, 40 hours per week (including peak shifts)
• No Warrant Work Involved
• Work hours: Monday-Friday, from 8am to 8pm
• Shift options include 4-day or 5-day working weeks

Candidate Requirements

• Hold a full UK driving licence and have access to a vehicle
• Prefer working independently, outdoors, and engaging face-to-face with people
• Value flexibility and autonomy in your schedule
• Clear criminal record with no CCJs, IVAs, or bankruptcies in the last 6 years
• Full driving licence (max 6 points), own car, and business insurance
• Tech-savvy and comfortable working independently

About the Role

As a Field Collections Agent, you'll be the friendly face of Orbit, meeting customers at their homes to help them find a way forward with their finances. You'll offer empathy, guidance, and practical solutions that make a real difference. Your key responsibilities include:

• Visit customers to resolve outstanding arrears and discuss payment options
• Handle accounts for both regulated and non-regulated clients, including reconnection visits
• Accept payments, set up repayment plans, and re-engage customers with client services
• Educate customers about the potential consequences of non-payment
• Use an Orbit-supplied iPad to update account outcomes in real time

Work Hours

We offer a 40-hour workweek with flexible scheduling across the following window:

• Monday to Friday, between 8am and 8pm
