Key Responsibilities

• Perform on-site installation and configuration of company products and systems according to detailed project plans.
• Conduct thorough testing and commissioning of installed equipment to ensure full functionality.
• Troubleshoot and resolve any installation-related issues or defects promptly.
• Provide basic operational guidance and handover support to clients upon completion of installation.
• Maintain detailed records of installation activities, including progress reports and completion sign-offs.
• Engage in remote planning meetings and follow-up communications with project teams and clients.

Requirements

• Proven experience in an installation , field service, or technical support role.
• Strong practical skills in mechanical assembly and electrical wiring.
• Ability to read and interpret technical manuals, schematics, and blueprints.
• Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
• Good communication and customer service skills.
• Willingness to work a hybrid schedule, involving regular travel to client sites and remote administrative tasks.
