About the Role

Our client is seeking an experienced Field Operations Supervisor to oversee daily operations at their facilities near Reading . This role is crucial for ensuring the safe, efficient, and compliant execution of all production activities. You will lead a team of field technicians and operators, providing guidance, support, and ensuring adherence to strict operational standards within the Oil & Gas industry . Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate the activities of field operations personnel, including scheduling and task assignment.
• Ensure all operations are conducted in compliance with safety regulations, environmental standards, and company policies.
• Monitor operational performance, identify areas for improvement, and implement corrective actions.
• Conduct regular safety inspections, toolbox talks, and risk assessments.
• Manage equipment and inventory, ensuring proper maintenance and operational readiness.
• Provide training and mentorship to field staff to enhance skills and safety awareness.

Requirements

• Proven experience in field operations supervision within the Oil & Gas industry .
• Strong understanding of production operations, equipment, and safety procedures.

• Relevant certifications in safety or operations management are advantageous.
