Field Operations Supervisor

About the Role

Our client is seeking a proactive and experienced Field Operations Supervisor to lead their remote-first operational teams supporting oil and gas assets. While this role is predominantly remote , the successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing field technicians and ensuring the smooth execution of day-to-day operations across various sites. You will focus on coordinating work schedules, managing resources, ensuring safety compliance, and troubleshooting operational challenges from a virtual command center. Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate the activities of field technicians and operational staff remotely.
• Develop and manage work schedules, ensuring efficient allocation of resources and personnel.
• Monitor operational performance metrics and implement strategies for improvement.
• Ensure strict adherence to all Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) policies and procedures by field teams.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for remote troubleshooting and issue resolution.
• Conduct regular virtual check-ins and performance reviews with field personnel.

Requirements

• Significant experience in field operations within the oil and gas industry, with a proven track record in supervision or leadership.
• Demonstrated ability to manage and motivate teams remotely.
• Strong understanding of oil and gas production operations, maintenance, and safety protocols.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency with remote monitoring and management software and collaboration tools.
