Key Responsibilities

• Install, configure, and test new equipment at customer sites.
• Perform routine maintenance and inspections to prevent equipment failures.
• Diagnose and resolve technical problems reported by customers.
• Provide basic user training and technical assistance on-site.
• Accurately document all service calls, including findings, actions taken, and parts utilized.
• Manage assigned service routes and schedules effectively to meet operational demands.

Requirements

• Previous experience in a field service, installation, or technical support role.
• Good understanding of mechanical and electrical systems.
• Ability to interpret technical manuals and schematics.
• Strong diagnostic and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent customer service and communication abilities.
• Valid UK driving license and a willingness to travel regularly within the Sheffield area.
