Field Sales Representative

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a territory sales plan to meet and exceed sales objectives.
• Conduct client visits to assess needs, present product/service offerings, and close deals.
• Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with new and existing clients.
• Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling within your client base.
• Provide accurate sales forecasts and reports to management on a regular basis.
• Collaborate with the internal sales support team to ensure smooth client onboarding and service delivery.

Requirements

• Proven experience in a field sales or business development role.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage your time effectively across a territory.
• Strong understanding of sales cycles and customer relationship management.
• Must possess a valid driver's license and a reliable vehicle.
