Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a territory sales plan to achieve defined revenue goals.
• Conduct regular client visits to present products and services, building rapport and trust.
• Identify and qualify new leads within the assigned geographic area.
• Prepare and deliver compelling sales proposals and quotations.
• Respond to client inquiries and resolve any issues that may arise promptly.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all sales activities in the CRM system.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Field Sales Representative or in a similar client-facing sales role.
• Excellent presentation, communication, and negotiation skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively within a designated territory.
• A valid UK driver's license and willingness to travel extensively within the Birmingham region.
• Strong understanding of sales principles and customer service best practices.
• Experience with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce) is highly desirable.
