Field Service & Network Health Coordinator - Remote

InPost UK is seeking a Field Service Coordinator to support the Network Health team and coordinate field service engineers for our smart parcel locker network across the UK. This role focuses on ticket management, vendor coordination, and cross-functional support in a fast-paced environment.

You will report to the Field Service Manager and help ensure SLA adherence, strong vendor relationships, and accurate reporting. A proactive, detail-oriented mindset is essential for success.
