Key Responsibilities

• Install, commission, and configure complex equipment according to technical specifications and safety standards.

• Troubleshoot and repair mechanical, electrical, and software issues on-site, ensuring minimal disruption to client operations.
• Provide technical training and support to customer personnel on equipment operation and basic maintenance.
• Maintain accurate records of all installations, maintenance activities, and repairs using company-provided systems.
• Adhere strictly to health and safety regulations and company policies during all site visits and operations.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Field Service Engineer or similar technical role, ideally within the installation and maintenance sector.
• Strong understanding of mechanical, electrical, and electronic systems, with the ability to read and interpret technical drawings and schematics.
• Proficiency in using diagnostic tools and testing equipment.
• Excellent problem-solving abilities and a methodical approach to troubleshooting.
• Valid UK driving license and a willingness to travel extensively within the London area.
