Key Responsibilities
- Provide remote technical support and troubleshooting for complex machinery and systems.

- Collaborate with engineering and product development teams to identify recurring issues and suggest product improvements.
- Manage service requests and track resolution progress using designated CRM software.
- Conduct remote diagnostics and guide clients through step-by-step repair processes.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Field Service Engineer or similar technical support role.
- Strong understanding of mechanical, electrical, and electronic systems.
- Proficiency in using remote diagnostic tools and software.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts clearly.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a remote setting.
- Relevant technical certifications or a degree in a related engineering field are advantageous.
