Key Responsibilities

• Perform installations, repairs, and preventative maintenance on client equipment according to service level agreements and technical specifications.

• Conduct site surveys and assessments to ensure optimal equipment performance and safety compliance.
• Maintain accurate and detailed service reports, documenting all work performed, parts used, and time spent.
• Liaise effectively with the customer support team and clients to provide timely updates and resolve queries.
• Adhere strictly to health and safety regulations and company policies during all site visits and operations.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Field Service Engineer or in a similar technical support role.
• Strong mechanical and electrical aptitude, with the ability to understand complex schematics and technical manuals.
• Proficiency in diagnosing and repairing electro-mechanical systems.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills, with a professional customer-facing demeanor.
