Key Responsibilities

• Perform on-site installation, configuration, and commissioning of new equipment.
• Conduct routine maintenance, diagnostics, and repairs on existing systems to prevent downtime.
• Respond promptly to service calls, diagnosing and resolving technical issues efficiently.
• Collaborate with the engineering team to provide feedback on product performance and identify areas for improvement.
• Maintain accurate service reports, documenting all work performed and parts used.
• Provide technical support and training to end-users and site personnel as needed.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Field Service Engineer or similar technical role within installation and maintenance .
• Strong understanding of mechanical, electrical, and electronic systems.
• Proficiency in diagnostic tools and troubleshooting techniques .
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and manage your schedule effectively across the Aberdeen region.
• Relevant technical qualifications or certifications are highly desirable.
