Key Responsibilities

• Perform on-site installations, commissioning, and routine maintenance of specialized equipment according to technical specifications and safety standards.

• Conduct preventive maintenance checks and servicing to minimize downtime and ensure optimal system performance.
• Maintain accurate service records, including work performed, parts used, and time spent, using the company's designated reporting system.
• Collaborate with the internal technical support team and client representatives to resolve complex problems and ensure seamless operations.
• Provide on-site training and technical guidance to client personnel on the proper operation and basic maintenance of installed systems.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Field Service Engineer or in a similar hands-on technical role involving installation and maintenance.
• Strong understanding of mechanical, electrical, and potentially software systems relevant to the industry.
• Proficiency in reading and interpreting technical diagrams, blueprints, and manuals.
• Excellent diagnostic and problem-solving skills with a methodical approach to troubleshooting.
• Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and travel regularly within the London area.
• Relevant technical qualifications or certifications in engineering or a related field are highly desirable.
