About the Role
Our client is seeking an experienced Field Service Manager to oversee their field operations team based in Nottingham . This leadership role is critical for ensuring efficient and effective delivery of services to clients across the region. You will be responsible for managing a team of field technicians, optimizing service delivery, and maintaining high standards of customer satisfaction. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership qualities, excellent organizational skills, and a deep understanding of field service operations, driving performance and fostering a positive team culture.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead, mentor, and manage a team of field service technicians, setting performance goals and providing regular feedback.
- Oversee the scheduling and dispatch of technicians to ensure timely and efficient service delivery.
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) for field service operations, identifying areas for improvement.
- Ensure adherence to safety regulations and company policies across all field operations.
- Manage inventory and logistics for field service equipment and parts.
- Liaise with customers to address concerns, resolve issues, and ensure high levels of satisfaction.
Requirements
- Proven experience in a Field Service Management role or similar leadership position.
- Strong understanding of field operations, logistics, and customer service principles.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to analyze data and implement strategies to improve operational efficiency.
- Experience with field service management software is desirable.
