About the Role

Our client is seeking an experienced Field Service Manager to oversee their field operations team based in Nottingham . This leadership role is critical for ensuring efficient and effective delivery of services to clients across the region. You will be responsible for managing a team of field technicians, optimizing service delivery, and maintaining high standards of customer satisfaction. Key Responsibilities

• Lead, mentor, and manage a team of field service technicians, setting performance goals and providing regular feedback.
• Oversee the scheduling and dispatch of technicians to ensure timely and efficient service delivery.
• Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) for field service operations, identifying areas for improvement.
• Ensure adherence to safety regulations and company policies across all field operations.
• Manage inventory and logistics for field service equipment and parts.
• Liaise with customers to address concerns, resolve issues, and ensure high levels of satisfaction.

Requirements

• Proven experience in a Field Service Management role or similar leadership position.
• Strong understanding of field operations, logistics, and customer service principles.
