Key Responsibilities

• Perform on-site installations, maintenance, and repairs of client equipment and systems.
• Conduct remote diagnostics and troubleshooting to resolve issues before or after site visits.
• Provide technical support and guidance to clients, both remotely and in person.
• Document all service activities, including on-site work and remote support, accurately in the service management system.
• Manage inventory of parts and tools, ensuring readiness for service calls.
• Collaborate with the internal support team to share knowledge and improve service processes.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Field Service Technician or in a similar hands-on technical role.
• Strong mechanical and electrical aptitude, with experience in diagnosing and repairing complex systems.
• Proficiency in remote troubleshooting tools and communication methods.
• Excellent customer service and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage schedules effectively, balancing remote tasks with travel.
• Valid driver's license and a clean driving record are essential for this hybrid role .
