Key Responsibilities

• Perform remote troubleshooting and diagnostics on installed systems, identifying and resolving technical issues.
• Conduct on-site installation, maintenance, and repair of equipment as required, ensuring minimal disruption to client operations.
• Collaborate with the engineering team to implement system upgrades and modifications.
• Maintain accurate records of all service calls, maintenance activities, and repair actions in the CRM system.
• Provide technical guidance and support to clients, fostering strong working relationships.
• Respond promptly to service requests and emergency situations, ensuring high levels of client satisfaction.

Requirements

• Proven experience in a Field Support or Installation Technician role.
• Strong understanding of electromechanical systems and diagnostic tools.
• Proficiency in using remote support software and CRM systems.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills for client and team interaction.
• Willingness and ability to travel for on-site requirements as part of the hybrid model.
