Field Team Leader - Sampling & Brand Activation (Part-Time)

Smollan is seeking a Field Team Leader to manage a busy weekend-focused sampling and brand activation team across the Midlands region. You will lead from the front, coach new starters, and build strong relationships with store managers to ensure flawless activations.

The role is part-time (14 hours/week) with a flexible schedule and a target bonus. You’ll be supported by a Regional Field Manager and enjoy a culture that rewards performance and development.
