Finance Assistant

Noiser is one of the UK’s biggest podcast production companies working with top class talent and specialising in History Podcasts and Audiobooks.

We are seeking a freelance Finance Assistant for maternity cover, 20 hours per week 100% remote working with occaisonal in person meetings

From October 2026 – 9-12 months duration

The Role

Managing emails including receipts, invoices, expenses enquiries and day-to-day accounts Creating sales invoices Bank reconciliation Payroll and Pension admin Month End journals VAT returns quarterly

About You

Excellent communication skills and good experience in speaking with staff, senior leaders and external partners At least one year’s experience using Xero accounting software Strong Excel user

Experience of month end journals, payroll and VAT returns

Live within 1 hour travel distance of Petersfield, Hampshire
