The Opportunity You'll become a trusted finance partner to a range of stakeholders, helping to improve financial performance through meaningful analysis, reporting and commercial support. This is a varied role where you'll contribute to planning, forecasting and continuous improvement while building strong relationships across the business. Key Responsibilities Partner with operational stakeholders to provide financial support and insight. Prepare management information, forecasts and budgets. Analyse financial performance and identify trends, risks and opportunities. Support business planning and decision-making through clear financial analysis. Contribute to process improvements and reporting enhancements. Work collaboratively with colleagues across the wider finance team. Candidate Profile Previous experience within a finance business partnering or management accounting environment. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Confident communicator who can build effective working relationships. Comfortable working with financial data and presenting meaningful insights.
